Is Brussels Airport Bombing Linked To Turkey, Ankara?

Brussels was rocked by three bomb explosions in three different places: the airport, the metro subway, and a neighborhood. Is it just me or are these terrorist acts liked to the ones in Turkey and in Ankara in Africa? All have happened within the last 14 days.
