The sports world lost a great man in Tennis commentator and journalist Bud Collins. Sir Bud passed away at the age of 86. Collins called tennis games in an effortless way that allowed you to enjoy the contest and not feel like he overwhelmed it. That takes a great combination of knowledge, confidence, and diction. Bud Collins had that and flash and personality.
