Oakland State Of The City: The Scene After The Address. The Oakland State Of The City Address by Mayor Libby Schaaf finished with this rousing dancing group that put a New Orleans vibe in the city. A very cool way to end. Some may not like Libby's cheerleader way but I do because Oakland needs one.
